How do I order a product via your purchasing service?
Send us the product link (from Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
We’ll calculate the product price + service fee and generate an order
You confirm and pay → we place the order → goods arrive at warehouse → shipping begins
How long will it take to receive my parcel? Can I track it?
It usually takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.
All parcels come with a tracking number and can be tracked in real time.
Which countries do you support?
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with stable lines for Southeast Asia, North America, Australia, Europe, and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan. Please contact customer service for confirmation.
Can I buy multiple items in one shipment? Do you support consolidation?
Absolutely. You can purchase multiple products, and we will consolidate them into one parcel to save on shipping costs.
