Are you a purchasing agent or a logistics company?
We are a consolidated purchasing and international shipping service platform.
You can send us product links, and we will help you place the order, receive the goods at our warehouse in China, and then ship them internationally. We do not produce or sell goods ourselves.

How is the purchasing service fee calculated?
Total cost = Product price + domestic shipping (if any)

Can I return or exchange a product if there’s a problem?
We can help you contact the seller for return/exchange only before the item is shipped internationally.
Once the parcel is dispatched, no return is possible. Please confirm product details and seller reputation beforehand.

How do I order a product via your purchasing service?

1. Send us the product link (from Taobao, Pinduoduo, JD.com, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

2. We’ll calculate the product price + service fee and generate an order

3. You confirm and pay → we place the order → goods arrive at warehouse → shipping begins

How long will it take to receive my parcel? Can I track it?
It usually takes 7–20 business days depending on the destination and shipping method.
All parcels come with a tracking number and can be tracked in real time.

Which countries do you support?
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, with stable lines for Southeast Asia, North America, Australia, Europe, and Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan. Please contact customer service for confirmation.

Can I buy multiple items in one shipment? Do you support consolidation?
Absolutely. You can purchase multiple products, and we will consolidate them into one parcel to save on shipping costs.

Are there any restricted items?

Yes. The following items are prohibited:

• Liquids, powders, gases, flammable/explosive items

• Batteries, vapes, medicine, food, animals/plants

• Counterfeits or infringing products

How can I pay? Do you support credit card or PayPal?
Yes, we support:
