In case of loss or customs seizure, we will: ① Compensate up to the insured amount (based on the premium paid), or ② Re-purchase and re-ship the equivalent goods, within the insured value ⚠ Maximum payout: ¥50,000 RMB per shipment
⚠ Important: The compensation is based strictly on the amount you chose to insure. ❗ For example,If you declare the item at $500, and you pay insurance based on $50, but the actual value is $5,000, 👉 Then the maximum compensation will be $500, not $5,000. ✅ Always declare and insure the actual value to ensure full coverage.
📌 3. Exclusions – No Compensation in These Cases
❌ Incorrect delivery address, package refusal, or failed delivery attempts
❌ No report or proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery
❌ Delays, duties, or returns not caused by our service
❌ Disputes about product quality for purchases made via third-party links
📌 4. Claims & After-Sales Process
Submit a claim within 48 hours after delivery
Provide your order number, photos, and/or unboxing videos
Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
If eligible, we will process compensation, refund, or re-shipment within the insured value
