🛡 Insurance & Compensation Policy

We provide both basic compensation and optional insurance for your shipments. Compensation rules differ by shipping method and whether insurance is purchased.


📌 1. Basic Compensation (Free Coverage)

🚚 A. Express Couriers (DHL / UPS / FedEx / EMS)

  • Compensation based on declared value or actual shipping cost, whichever is lower

  • Maximum payout: USD $100 per shipment

📌 2. Optional Insurance (For DDP Shipments Only)

Customers using DDP services can purchase insurance for added protection.

Important: The compensation is based strictly on the amount you chose to insure.
❗ For example,If you declare the item at $500,
and you pay insurance based on $50,
but the actual value is $5,000,
👉 Then the maximum compensation will be $500, not $5,000.
✅ Always declare and insure the actual value to ensure full coverage.


📌 3. Exclusions – No Compensation in These Cases

  • ❌ Incorrect delivery address, package refusal, or failed delivery attempts

  • ❌ No report or proof submitted within 48 hours of delivery

  • ❌ Delays, duties, or returns not caused by our service

  • ❌ Disputes about product quality for purchases made via third-party links


📌 4. Claims & After-Sales Process

  1. Submit a claim within 48 hours after delivery

  2. Provide your order number, photos, and/or unboxing videos

  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days

  4. If eligible, we will process compensation, refund, or re-shipment within the insured value
