About payments

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  3. The system will calculate the total fee;

  4. Select your payment method and complete the transaction;

  5. Once payment is received, we will dispatch your package within 24 hours.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the parcel is shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable;

  • If payment was made but the parcel has not been dispatched, you may request a refund by contacting customer service;

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or wallet balance. Timing depends on the payment gateway used.
