Shipping Policy

1. Service Scope

We provide international forwarding services only, assisting customers in shipping products purchased from third-party platforms such as Taobao, JD.com, Pinduoduo, etc. We are not the seller of the products.


2. Shipping Process

  1. You purchase products on third-party platforms

  2. Products arrive at our warehouse → we automatically register the parcel

  3. You submit an international forwarding request → choose a shipping method

  4. Pay the international shipping fee → we dispatch your parcel and provide a tracking number


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method:

Note: Delivery times do not include warehouse processing or customs clearance. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs inspections, or unforeseen events.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Fees are calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight;

  • The total fee will be automatically calculated when you submit your forwarding request;

  • Once payment is made, the address cannot be changed and the package will be dispatched promptly.


5. Prohibited Items

According to international shipping regulations, we do not accept the following items:

  • Liquids, gases, flammable or explosive materials

  • Batteries, magnetic items

  • Counterfeit or branded replicas

  • Food, medicine, live animals or plants, and other restricted goods

Parcels containing any prohibited items may be returned, destroyed, or held by customs. Customers are solely responsible for any such consequences.


6. Customs & Duties

  • In some countries, recipients may be required to pay customs duties or clearance fees;

  • If you choose a “tax-included” shipping method, we will assist you to minimize extra charges;

  • All packages are declared with a reasonable and legal value. Please do not underdeclare or falsify product values.


7. Tracking Information

After dispatch, we will provide a tracking number. You can track the parcel in real time via our system.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact customer service promptly.


8. Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for the product itself, including quality, authenticity, or seller reliability;

  • If a package is delayed, rejected, or seized due to product-related issues (e.g., counterfeit goods, restricted items), we will not be liable;

  • We strive to ensure smooth and safe delivery, but are not responsible for delays or losses caused by force majeure or external factors.
